Subject : Notification of AGM invitation letter 2011 on website

According to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited to convene the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders for the year 2011 on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 14.30 hours at Sathorn I Room, Mezzanine, Anantara Bangkok Sathorn, located at No. 36, Narathiwat-Rachanakarin Road, Kwaeng Yannawa, Khet Sathorn, Bangkok, to consider the agendas as previously informed.

In order to provide shareholders with another way to access such information, the Company has also made the Notification of the Shareholders Meeting, together with supporting documents available on the Company website at www.tfd-factory.com from March 23, 2011 onwards. The documents are the same those to be delivered to shareholders whose names appear in the share register book as at March 30, 2011
