Regarding to the Success Connections Company Limited our major shareholder of the company had sold their shares in the portion of 14.26% to V.C.A.L. Business Group Company Limited as refer to the report of the Acquisition or Disposition of Securities in a Business (Form 246-2) appeared on SEC's website dated 8 March 2007.

The Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited would like to inform that the exchange of major shareholder above is not effect to the organization of company structure.
