Subject : Notification of Director Resignation
To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
The Board of Directors' Meeting No. 1/2552 of Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited, held on February 16, 2009 had passed the follow resolutions:
1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Apichai Taechaubol as Director, Executive Chairman and Managing Director by effective from February 16, 2009 onwards.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Gumpol Tiyarat, Deputy Managing Director as Acting Managing Director and Executive Chairman by effective from February 16, 2009 onwards.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Apichai Taechaubol as Advisor of Board of Directors by effective from February 16, 2009 onwards.
