Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to submit the financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2007 of the Company and its subsidiaries in comparison with the same period of the year 2006 as follows.

The Company's operational performance for the third quarter of 2007 showed a net loss of Baht 15.1 million compared to the same quarter of last year which showed a net profit of Baht 11.3 million. This resulted from many projects are in developing process and waiting for recognition of income after the main factories had been sold to a property fund during this mid year. Nevertheless, the Company's operational performance for the nine months of this year still showed a net profit of Baht 63.2 million compared with Baht 39.4 million profit for the same period of last year.
