Subject: Additional Information of Discontinued the Ownership of Subleased the Office Space

The Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited had signed the agreement to subleased the office space at JC Kevin Tower, located on No. 98, Narathiwat-Ratchanakarin Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok with APC Asssets Co., Ltd. and ACST Capital Assets Co., Ltd. for 24 -26 years since December 3, 2001 and January 22, 2004. Thereafter, the Company had offered to receive the sum of Bt 290 million for the remaining of 21 years 8 months in the contract when the Company discontinued the ownership of subleased the office space mention. The valuation had considered by compared with the appraisal value of Bt 276 million by Brooke Real Estate Co., Ltd.
The Board of directors, at meeting no. 2/2006, dated on March 20, 2006 had opinion on discontinued the ownership of subleased the office space at JC Kevin Tower that the Company will receive the appropriated gain and to enhance the financial liquidity, loans repayment and to expand on investment of the Company's business.
