The Company would like to submit the interim financial statements for the second quarter ended 30 June 2005 which have been reviewed by the auditor for your information as follows.
The operational performance for this quarter showed a net profit of Baht 48.188 million in comparison with the same quarter of last year which recorded a net profit of Baht 14.299 million or about 237% increase. This resulted from the Company had sold out its land and factories to Thai Industrial Fund 1 (TIF 1) for an aggregate amount of Baht 441.333 million in June 2005.
